Bit confusing this, but my mates mother has bought his wife a car for Christmas
It's a Ford Focus ST 300, something I've never heard of, although I do lead a bit of a sheltered life.... So, I've googled it but got naff all that throws any light on it. Was it a factory limited edition car? Or was it a 'special' built by a tuning outfit? I saw it today and it looks outrageous, and sounds amazing, all pops and bangs on over-run... which says to me a wild map, burning fuel in the exhaust...
It's on an '07 plate if that helps.. Any help appreciated,
Cheers,
Chilli

Oh, that is pure class.
Just like any modern Ford or Vauxhall hot hatch chav wagon.
It could well be an ST300 done by the now defunct Profile in Stockport. The chap who ran it, Gary, now works at Collins Performance in Cheshire. If it is indeed one of those, the tuning packages were very well regarded. I think for a 300 it would have consisted of a remap, intercooler and induction kit. Maybe a sports cat too. If you register on focusstoc forum, someone there will know for sure. They may even know this car. The styling "improvements" may have been done by Profile too, although they are not connected with any particular package, just to the owners taste.
