% of car value against house?

Comments on a different thread got me thinking-
If its a repeat then please delete. As title- for me its 1.5% ish. 200k house and both cars together about 3k.
I have excluded company car so... Onwards please...

I've just worked out the true percentage and its 0.15611' % so that must make me the biggest miser.
