So here's the deal, I'm needing to hire a car to go down South in a couple of weeks time and I end up stumbling upon WhipCar. Anybody had any experience using the service, good or bad?

It seems like a good idea and the price for a weekend hire isn't bad (although in some cases way over the price for an equivalent model through a hire company) and of course with it you know exactly what car you are hiring right from the start but at the same time I'm a wee bit dubious as if to give it a try or not.

Thought this would have been quite a cool thing to sign up to in order to give my laid up cars a run.

Turns out they're too old!

Not sure I'd want other people driving my car... and it's too old anyway!

I've got a mint 2002 330Ci Sport Convertible sat in a lock-up, if someone could use it and give me a few £ then I probably would! It's not worth selling.

More desirable than most of the stuff on there at the moment!
