I'm trying to get hold of a photo of a Mercedes billboard that I saw before Christmas, I went to take a photo today, but it had been replaced by a Golf advert, so I'm hoping the PH massive can help!

The advert was for the SL class (or possibly SLK class) and showed a red car with the text "Floats like... / Stings like..."

If anyone has a photo of it, or can point me to somewhere in the midlands that still has that poster I would be very grateful.

Contact one of the major OOHs - like JCDecaux.

Their Manchester & Birmingham offices are listed here.

Thanks, I've sent an email, I had thought bought contacting the billboard company, but didn't have a clue where to start! I've previously contacted Mercedes, so fingers crossed.

Honestly? Give them a ring in the morning. Ask to speak to one of the Account/Sales team and inquire about the regional or national Mercedes campaigns.

They'll have some digital rolodex to determine what space they are selling, and for how long, so can tell you if and where the SL-Class advert is.

Even though they're the biggest Outdoor in the world, you should be able to speak to someone who can help fairly easily - they deal with external queries all the time.

It took a couple of calls, but got what I was after, thanks!
