Any keen photoshoppers?

Any keen photoshoppers reckon they can remove a prominent number plate from a photograph?
Any other suggestions gratefully accepted.

I do have a 3MB image to send if it's possible.

Woulda thought the first doesn't require Photoshop. You could even do it in Paint.

The latter, however, is what a Photoshopper would do!

Done and sent back. Not great I'm afraid, the larger size of picture does tend to show up the flaws more, and I'm on a laptop which doesn't help! But I hope it's ok.
