Crumball and charity Rallies... and classifieds!
Discussion
Time of year once more to look into the likes of the Crumball Rallies and Charity runs... But Scuppered by the shear nobness of dealers not putting prices on classified ads thus screwing up searches for vehicles under a grand! Sorry but certain London Road dealers have one over a both ends of the spectrum!
Have a look at the classifieds on www.retrorides.proboards.com - we got our Passat off there, there's always some very cheap motors.
Getting more and more tempted to do one each year. Got two mates with driving licenses who fancy it too. Even got the car - 2.8 Ford Granada Estate which I paid < a grand for! The only problem is finding an insurer that will cover us, I'm the youngest at 18 (19 come summer time) then my mates are 19 and 20. Any one know who'd be a good insurer to get in touch with?
ETA: Just had a quick look and it turns out the Scumrun is on during my Birthday week, now THAT would be ace.
