Computer refused insurance quote

Confused.com-- quote for a 1987 Land Rover, 110, 3.5 V8, Station Wagon...

One of the replies near the bottom of the list in amongst the 'unable to quote' (due to age of vehicle, mileage, value, number of seats, license type- etc etc)

Unable to quote for High Performance Vehicles!

I think the computer saw the 'V8' and immediately rejected it.

Anyone else had a quote refused for a stupid reason because the computer can't think for itself?

Had that 'high performance' thing come up a few times when I was younger. Put my mum as an additional driver and reduced the price by hundreds per year.
