Volvo T5 engine - belt/ chain and intervals....?

Hi guys

I've been looking for a comfy motorway steer for work and have almost settled upon the S60 T5 of 2005 vintage. The only competition is the E60 530i. Now, I know the 5 series is a chain, and I think the Ovlov is running a belt? Am I right?/ If so, what's the interval? x miles or x years?

I am looking at a car with Full Dealer History, a 2005 on 98k, so when should i expect to have seen oil changes and should the belt have been done on a time basis or is it likely due?
