I would go straight back to the supplying dealer and get them to sort it out. Shouldn't cost a penny, especially since you just picked it up!

Brand new car = nothing to worry about

Just bring it back to the supplying dealer and it'll be sorted, the poor thing's just out of the womb and you throw it into yesterday's snowmagedon, you bad man!

Enjoy the snow.

Phone the dealer you bought it from tomorrow morning, speak with the salesman you dealt with and explain the problem.

If the dealership can they'll likely offer you an alternative car while yours is looked at, but even if they can't your new one will be fixed.

If its a lease car call the leasing company first. They may have a process or may advise you to go to a dealer, but as its technically Nationwide's car its possibly down to them to resolve an issue so early.

Most dealers only open for sales on a weekend. You need the service dept and if you didn't buy from them they won't be in a hurry to help. Better to phone them.
