Very sorry to hear that - hope it gets resolved OK.

It sounds like you have more important things to deal with now so let the insurers deal with it and concentrate on your exams etc.

Looks like it was your Rover which got damaged (?) so that leaves you 2 other cars to use in the meantime, according to your profile, so forget about it for a while and good luck with your exams.
