Is the A4142 congested usually in the mornings and evenings?

Hi Guys

I got a job offer in littlemore, Oxford and i will be driving from west London (Pinner area) to get there. I saw another post saying that the M40 is usually not congested and ok to drive on which is good news, However i will need to get off at Junction 8 and go on to the A4142 and then the A4074 to get to work.

Does anyone what its like on the A4142 and A4074?
