The scenario:

In my newly purchased car, filling it up for the first time @ South Mimms BP.

Walk back to car, truck pulls up 5s up and stops by car. Winds window down and glares at me "Where did you get your car...a cereal box" And then continues staring along with the other tts in the truck until I climb into the car. I said nothing, and didn't even react. My thought process was new car - unkown location - don't say anything.

Hurry up my passenger, to which he jumps in and we drive off. He follows me down M25. I thought fk this, dropped it down and got ahead to which he wasn't seen again.

I don't understand his childish remark, the need for it and why his mates were all so intent on obviously causing trouble.

My cars not that bad, just bought it - Skyline GTS almost standard.

If you're reading this you jumped up little , say it again next time when your not sat in a truck with 4 others.

Bizarre. Never had such an incident... would rather take a Skyline than virtually any truck out there, as (I would wager) most car enthusiasts. I wouldn't let it get to you!

If that ruined your day, you're probably a bit sensitive.

Though the truck driver is no doubt a prick.

Were they travellers? Also, asking you if you got your car in a cereal box, could an insult be anymore lightweight?

Anyway, leaving him standing as you shoot off in a Skyline is just about the best way you could have illustrated how:

1) You've got a good car

2) The blokes in the truck are mugs

Also, lets see some pictures of the car.

He was clearly a peni. Ignore and move on, it is always the result of jealousy.

A pretty good cone back is usually something along the lines of 'well your mum liked it'

Quite childish but their mates usually laugh at this too so limited chance of getting a kickin.

Amatuer phsycology blather incoming.

It's possible the chap was interested in your car and wanted to chat, but lacked the social skills to start a polite conversation.

If he was the sort if person who called his mates c@#%&s and was always taking the piss and being sarcastic to them then he may not be able to communicate in any other way.
Some people just don't know how to not be confrontational.

Maybe a lack of social skills.
Maybe a small cock and trying to be a big man.
Maybe just a prick.

Just think of it as verbal littering.
It's unpleasant, but at least it's gone in moments.

F&F quote by the guy in the truck btw.

Maybe he was hoping that you'd catch on and read you wrong. *shrug*

Five people in a truck?

You should've reported the reg to the police, they take it seriously when people travel without a seat to sit on.
