anyone ever had a good experience??

I advertised a set of Lotus Esprit alloys, Tvr Imola Alloys, Passat W8

for the TVR alloys I got offered a BMW Z4 2004, I thought thats a very nice deal so accepted (knowing he was an idiot)- seems he wanted a Chimaera with the alloys?????

Same for the Esprit alloys - a 1997 mx-5 1.8 which is worth less than the alloys but I thought I could shift them make some garage space and give the car to my Brother (needed one at the time). He turns up expecting to drive away in the Esprit????????

The Passat W8 I advertise as a potential swap for an interesting car such as 'M series' something V8 or bigger or a sports car such as an older TVR etc. - So far I have been offered a rattly old S type, a crappy Seat Leon plus some stuff I havent even bothered clicklooking at (saab/ Volvo etc).

Are there really that many morons that cannot read?

They were even advertised in the right sections so you have to go looking for them!


Before anyone accuses me of advertising on here -

Imola Alloys are now staying on the car, Esprit alloys are locked away in the garage for now and the Passat has become a family favourite so not swapping / selling
