Two totally seperate incidents. What this proves to me is that despite anpr there are far too many cars around uninsured, there are far too many heartless t
ts out there driving and that modern cctv is no further forward than it was 20 years ago, if it was then why can it not read a number plate.
God only knows how the woman and child escaped death.
