Cost of Ownership/Depreciation help

Dear All,

Would be much obliged if someone could assist as Im clearly too stupid today to either find or work this out.

Need to fill in the cost of ownership of an 09 Audi Q5 over the next few years.....what i would ideally like is a table like this - but I can only find them on US sites which is really frustating!
