Yep, I put an Armster 1 in my Transit Connect.

The useful bits:

Holds loads of stuff - phones, chargers, food etc
Well padded and slidey top.
Height adjusted just right.
Fold up and away option useful at times.
Easy enough to fit (better in a car where you can get in the back seat to do it)
DO NOT LEAN HEAVILY ON IT! It is an arm rest not an arm lean or lever - things will snap if you abuse it. I never did break it but with the 4 screw fixing there is scope for things to go ping.

I'd have another if my car needed
