Not a big swing the last year or so, but I wonder what proportion of people leasing / CH / PCPing new cars are those who would have had company cars a decade or more ago. Businesses have been absolving themselves of the problems of running a fleet of their own (and avoiding employees paying CC tax) by just giving money to their employees instead, which they normally require them to buy and run new-ish cars with.
