The wife's Pug 807 has developed the dpf problem common to most diesels. My options are to remove it myself (dunno how was this is) jet wash inside and detergent etc to try and clean it, dry it and refit. Or, get a garage to remove it, replace with a dpf replacement pipe and remap it so fault code doesn't pop up and do a remap while they are at it, should get another 35bhp from the 2.2 hdi.
Has anyone done either of these and if you had a garage do it, could anyone recommend one in Coventry or close by?
Cheers

I had one.

Jet washed it and let it dry - it was fine.

It's what garages used to do until they had to account for their waste (rather than flushing it down the drain)
