It's only £50 of free fuel if you get personal-based cover. You only get the full £100 if you take out insurance with them too, by the looks of it.

Just been quoted over £3600 for my volvo T5 hardly worth it for £100 worth of fuel considering my best quote so far is £500

I've just been looking for a recovery cover.

I went with AutoAid for £39 a year that covers me and the wife in any car.

I've checked all the reviews and all very positive despite being so cheap.

Basically they arrange for the mechanic to come, tow back home if needed and you settle the bill with the people they send out

You then send the paid invoice off to Auto Aid who then reimburse you.

Seems a good deal of you have a credit card to pay for the recovery and then claim back.
