Red Bulb for Rear Lexus Style Lights

[Donatello]

Guys, I've got a Citroen C1 with optional lexus style lights that needs a new bulb.

The bulb is red, single filament 12V - 21W and needs to have 180° opposed fixing bayonets.

Can anyone advise? I've tried everywhere!
