Selling car, remove towbar, not?
Discussion
I'm about to put my Alfa Romeo 159 (1.9D) up for sale.
Looking at what I need to do to get maximum return, it got me thinking do I remove towbar or not?
So am I best to remove it? As I know some people wouldn't buy a car like this that's towed.
Or use it as a bargaining tool/extra, but offer to remove for free if buyer doesn't need one.
So what would be best on a car like this?
Cheers

I have just bought a Saab 9-5 estate & the ad mentioned nothing about a towbar & yet it had a factory fitted one in the photos....l saw it as a result!
l also sold a while ago a 530d tourer auto, again with a factory fitted bar although this time specifically mentioned....the car sold because it had the bar fiitted. It is a difficult question to answer OP
(oh, & l'm not a "shed dragger" before anyone asks
