Should he walk away and look for something with lower miles, seems a 'cheap' car. Ex vw management

No idea on price but I used to do 30-35K a year which meant the car was doing 60-80 on the motorway pretty much all the time.

I'm told this isn't particularly stressful - if it has full history etc. I see no reason to panic, if you're not going to rack-up huge miles you could even average it out!
