Hi,

Just trial fitted our baby seat in the car and am abit worried its going to damage the leather.

Anybody used anything sit inbetween? If so is there a product out there or is it just a matter of adding a towel in there or something?

Sorry for the dull question, thanks in advance.

I add a thick towel in between the seats. Works ok and stops the indentations into the leather.

See here. There are a couple for rear-facing seats (I assume this is what you're looking for).

As others have said, yes.

Well worth it too, biggest issue IMO isn't the indentations but that it seems to scuff the leather, did slightly in the RX-8 before we got one anyway, the isofix doesn't seem as bad as it's a bit more secure than the seatbelt ones.

I'd also suggest that a protector for the back of the (front) seat is a good idea as if it gets in reach of them and they have dirty/muddy shoes that'll get covered in crap.
