French speed cameras and fines.

During my holiday to france last year I got flashed on the motorway by one of those little camera boxes. I think I was doing about 90mph, nothing too terrible.

If I was to go back this year, is there any chance of them picking it up and fining me on my way back into the country. I've heard a few stories likes this, I didn't know if there was any truth to them.

Should be fine after this long, even though they are meant to have dubious databases and time you between tolls etc.

As long as it was a GB registered car, they normally let you be. Hire car on the otherhand, the bill will increase for sure.
