Cheapest Small Car Lease Deals

Inspired by the "Surprising 1.0l Small Car" thread (http://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&f=23&t=1290328&mid=276866&i=0&nmt=Surprising+1.0+small+cars!&mid=276866), what crazy cheap car lease deals have you come across, or good companies do you have experience with leasing from, in the sector? Trying to disregard some of the leases that look ridiculously cheap (till you see the deposit that ends up being about 18 months worth of monthly payments!)
Looking at getting a run about to get me to / from the office (London, into congestion charge) and at first glance they seem to make more sense than hybrids still (even similarly Yaris) that are vastly more expensive and offer marginally better economy... and still make sense if you can get them registered before the congestion charge scheme grace period ends on 28th June.

No matter how much of a pig some of these automated manuals are, I wish they were below the 100g co2 level so I can get around congestion charge and allow me to deal with stop-start London traffic a bit better. Seems like it's a manual or a more expensive hybrid if I want to play ball beneath that (soon to be redundant) 100g figure.

Not that I know much about these things, but that doesn't look especially cheap to me. They are £8k new and I guess a bit cheaper for a pre-reg or ex-test car. On the face of it, it looks cheaper to buy one and sell after 3 years. At least you wont have to be overly concerned about excess wear/tear fees at the end. Thing is, this is just cashing in on the small window I have (before the end of June) to register a car for the congestion charge exemption which will then last for three years. At that point, only cars under 75g co2 will be exempt.
