Garage of new house is going to be too narrow??

I've just made an offer on a house but am worried that the garage is going to be too narrow!
Any thoughts/ experience with similar garages would be really appreciated! The house is everything I'm after, but the garage is giving me big worries at the minute.
As you can see there is no way to extend the garage. It is 2200mm (7'3) wide, but the trouble is once inside it doesn't open up at all.
Now at the minute I have an S2000 which is 1750mm wide. I plan to keep this quite a while and in the future with some luck get myself a 996 GT3 at 1770mm wide. The trouble is plans always change, and even those these cars will fit in I'm not sure the garage will be wide enough to get out of the car?!
Has anyone had a similar size garage and if so what cars did you have in it?

I had a similar sized car in a similar width garage for some time.
Coupes tend to have longer doors which if you can easily move the seat back on exit, can actually help.
Folding mirrors help but above all, fasten some old carpet to the wall so you don't chip the edge of the door if you have to push it, against the wall when you get out
The thing to ask yourself honestly is how fat and supple you are.

I'm also very slim, so I am hoping I should be able to contort my way out, but who knows what toy I'll want in there in the future, thats the worry.
Well if I do go the 911 route one day, there isn' t a boot to get out of!

My garage is 7'9" wide. I don't park a car in there at the moment but my mk3
MX-5 will fit. Getting in and out with the roof down is easy but roof up is a bit of a struggle (but still possible)

Draw out the garage on a smooth, level piece of ground and then try and get in and out without crossing the chalk line. Even better if you get somebody to stand a piece of wood on the chalk line.My guess is that you will struggle with something like a 911 but should manage your S2000 with the roof down.
You've got about 18" to spare, minus a bit of clearance on the left, minus door thickness, leaves maybe a foot to squeeze out?
If you can't get out of the door, it looks quite flat so how about screw battens down both sides, line the car up when you're outside the garage, push it in / pull it back out?
