I'm in a right quandary!
Sold my Elise to fund an RS6, love the looks and the power, the fact it's pretty understated and most people won't really get what it is.

However, blowsing the classifieds as you do, I've stumbled across a rather lovely looking 996 C4 aero kitted.

Both around the 10k price bracket.
I'm fully aware of the possibility of wallet raping repairs so although a slight concern, it's not a major issue.

There is no real need for the 5 seats of the Audi but feel the Porsche might just be a bit brash.

Help!
Which would you choose,and why?

I also keep looking at the 3200GT but have been told categorically that I'm not allowed one!

Generally on PistonHeads people deride cars they have never driven or will never be able to afford.

Good on you for making a purchase. The RS6 will be a rocketship. Drive carefully and watch out for speed cameras!

I had a C5 RS6 for a year.
Great car. Can be expensive to maintain, but fun is not cheap!
Enjoy. smile

The last owner was fastidious and there is a nice folder full of bills.
Everything major has been done in the last few years so hopefully nothing to do for a while.
Or at least until I build up my contingency fund again!

Superb choice - wish I was able to bite rather than make delay decisions with the head rather than heart purchases.
