Damnaged by hit and run

Whilst my car was parked in the office yard it was severly hit on the n/s rear.so much that my friendly sprayer reckons if i took it via the ins ( 300 excess and an hire car!!) they might well write it off. Yes the T-cut gags have been done already, He reckons his mate should be able to get most of it out but will be £400. to me its a no brainer.
However.CCTV shows only two vehicles parked near the car during the days in question. Both drivers have vigorously denied anything to do with it, As they bloody would...
I am thinking of putting up an open letter, without profanities on the noticeboard just telling them exactly what i think of them
It would read along these lines
To the piece of human detritus who damaged my car last week
It was heartwarming to see you come rushing forward offering their apologies (NOT), but then again what should you expect in a world full of 'I'm alright, no one saw me do it' types.
It is quite obvious from the marks left that not only was this done by a very large vehicle, eg a bus or a van, but the driver must have known they did it.
If they did not know that a collision had occured i would seriously question their right to hold a driving licence as this is very much driving without due care and ATTENTION. In fact, in my opinion your driving sucks
As a result, this dreg of humanity, whom i rate lower on the evolutionary scale that a dung beetle, can rest at night knowing they have done it, In fact i rate a piece of dog excrement on my shoe as having more moral worth than them.
It is going to cost me the best part of £500.00 and two days holiday to rectify this, instead of them manning up and putting it through their insurance, which is what it is for,as a normal level headed and honest person would do.
If you are that person and feel that i am staining your character in any way please feel free to come forward and discuss it with me. I won't hold my breath, as it would seem you have not even got the courage and decency to fight your own corner.
Whoever you are, i detest you and your so called morals, to a point where i have looked through the entire OED and not found a word that flatters you.
