Just called tracker to cancel my membership after renewing in June and they offer no refund at all unless you have a new car with another tracker required.

An absolute joke of a service. When I first purchased the vehicle it had a tracker on it. They informed me that as it was over several years old, I would really need a new one at extra cost. So to be on the safe side insurance wise I agreed. The first time their engineer turned up, they hadn't sent him the replacement, he thought I'd have it. The second time he turned up he was missing something else, and the 3rd time he turned up he didn't have the correct tools to get to the tracker... After complaining they informed me that they'd tested my tracker and could confirm that it was indeed OK as it was....
Who are the criminals here?
