Ok so I’ve been doing some serious man maths, below is my working out:

I currently have a diesel insignia estate car for the commute/dog etc, now I was looking to get myself a fun weekend car so I was looking at something like the below as a 2nd car:

BMW M6

Or

370Z
http://www.autotrader.co.uk/classified/advert/2013...

However we only actually need one car, i ust wanted something fun/different so i have considered getting rid of the insignia and getting something like this:

Audi RS6
http://www.autotrader.co.uk/classified/advert/2013...

Audi RS6

Now I do about 400 miles driving a week so fuel costs will almost double compared to now.

So ive got to compare a 15k insignia plus £100 a week fuel + servicing + tax + insurance + MOT AND a 20K sports car + fuel + servicing + tax + insurance + MOT

To

A £30/35k all rounder with double fuel costs but only one set of tax insurance MOT servicing ETC

So, keep the siggy and put all the miles on that keeping the toy for the weekends or waft about in a 600bhp RS6 all the time? Because I sure cant decide for myself ha ha

Seems like no one can decide!

Off to see the 370 and M6 tomorrow, at least that puts me in a good position to decide (took the rs6 out today)

Get a weekend car, beat the siggy with the miles IMO.
