Fiat 500L MPW

Having seen the advert a few times in tv, all I can say is; god that is one ugly car. Is it actually that big inside and have anyone of you been in one and/or driven one?
I rented a 500 in Spain and I thought it was a fun small car and I can see why they are so popular. But I am confused to why someone would want one?

I would put a pic of one up, but I can't as I am on my phone.

I've driven the 500L and really liked it. Felt huge inside, and the drive was quite like a VW Camper. I was very impressed.

People say the same about the MINI Countryman,yes it's not a MINI cos it's huge but it is a

nice car to be in.

Did you avoid looking at it from the outside?

I have recently seen one in real life at a distance and it looked at fugly as it does in the advert

I was a back seat passenger while Mrs Blib took one for a test drive. I agree with Twig, it is huge and airy inside. I'm six foot tall and I had loads of room in the back. A very clever package. I think we'll be buying one when the time comes.

Drove like a VW camper? What you mean very noisily, hopelessly slowly and it broke down every 5minutes or so?

Mrsyellowtr and I drove one a normal 500L the other day and thought it was dreadful. Gearbox was shoddy, brakes dreadful and it was also quite noisy at it had the optional 17" wheels on. Also it felt gutless as well. Its also HUGE for a small car.

Drove my sisters B-Max last weekend and it was very very good.
