Video Enhancement? Footage of caravan prior to abandonment

[Andehh]

I have a video clip from my dash cam which recorded a transit tipper towing a heavily laden & dilapidated caravan. The next evenings I see the caravan parked in a layby - abandoned full of crap I imagine.

Now, I suspect a certain free roaming, dag loving type, and would love nothing more then to have some revenge for them constantly parking on a verge a mile down the road from me leaving rubbish before being moved on.

Can anyone enhance the video/image to get more then the blurry mess the video shows me. Is it possible?

I don't think there's going to be enough data to work with there, even CSI would struggle with that.

It's a Ford Transit and I can just about make out the time and date of the photo

Trying to clean it up. Looks a bit like MGZ 782 or MGZ 742?

Yeah, maybe I have watched a bit too much CSI! What about the sign on the door?

I am hoping that if the council find anything in the caravan that may link to a location, the van might be recognisable!
