I'm a recent member so looking for help.

Only just bought it. 2 days later, on a Sunday evening I put the incorrect fuel in. I'm really annoyed.

What come back do I have with the dealer? After all, they didn't expressly tell me about the dangers of doing this at handover. My insurance company offers 'miss fueling' insurance, so there must be a problem. What are the dealership trying to hide?

Once again, a car dealership not telling the truth! And they won't help me with the bill !!!!!!!

Suggestions please?

Recent member at 98 months. You have a different definition of recent if 8 years counts as recent.

There is always someone to blame.

The dealer must pay for the mistake, take you to dinner and possibly give you head. You're not to blame.

Get the car fixed, sell it and never ever buy any form of mechanical transportation again.

Well, yes as I asked for a diesel. But I also told them that I'd been driving petrol cars for years. I've done my research and diesel gives better economy.

I wasn't expecting this sort of problem without warning. Don't car dealers have some sort of duty of care?

I'm thinking of going to Court. How do I issue a Crown Court Judgement?
