what car from an alfa spider??

Hi All,

Sorry to post a what car thread but a bit of help is needed.

I Currently have an Alfa Romeo Spider, which i love, but i am now looking for something with a bit more pace and better handling, but would prefer to keep it a convertible as i love driving at night with the roof down.

I am looking to spend no more than £5000.

So far i have thought of a:
330 3 series Convertible
Z3 (higher engined models)
Z4 3.0
High miles Honda S200

Any suggestions or opinions/expeiences on the above cars greatly appreciated !

I think early Boxster Ss are starting to get to that sort of level now.

Z4 with the big 3.0 would be on the list for me, as would an early Boxster S.
