I know you said a "new" pump but new as in out of a box or used replacement? I think I have found the problem the motor that goes to the pump has burnt out I have got new relays and I have checked all the wiring and everything is ok no burnt wires so fingers crossed this should sort it out if it don't then Im stumped if any one can think of anything I have missed please give me a message thanks Steve

fix it I changed the wiring that comes from a black box under the bonnet to the power steering and it is all good thanks now got to sort the ABS out light stays on any ideas would be good thanks everyone
Nice work. Now, to address the ABS light - this could be a number of things. I might suggest and recommend that the easiest course of action is to pop it to a decent Pug indy garage and drop them a few quid to plug it into their fault-code reader machine - that way you'll have a better idea of where to start looking, no?!

The ABS light is 9/10 caused by a broken wire/faulty sensor, a code reader will tell you which wire this is (one for each corner) and could save you hours of time + buying the incorrect sensor.
Best of luck!
