Should I change my views on "big" French cars ?
Discussion
I was quite surprised (mystified) to find this in a small on-line paper:

Basically, this is the story of the owner of a Citroën C5. He bought it used in 2005 and has since clocked a total of 340,000 miles. During his ownership he has had one clutch and one alternator replaced (on top of regular maintenance).
The only other thing that let him down is the onboard computer.
Even the Service Manager admits that to reach that mileage "you need a bit of luck".
My suggestion would be to send it to Citroën HQ so that they can dissect his car and apply the knowledge to their current production

The exception to prove the rule. To answer your question directly . . . no! (provided your current views are that all "big", or even just all, french cars are s**t. Because they are, save a few moments of inspiration).
My views absolutely. Though I must admit a soft spot for the C6
But I would not be that harsh towards smaller models (Clio's, 208's, etc.)
