Hit a dear at 70mph this evening, car still drives normally, allthough the wheel arch liner is rubbing on the tyre. Any help with costing this repair up would be helpful, thanks.

I had slightly more severe damage than that when someone hit my old Mazda and it ended up costing me £1000 to fix.

The months worth of free venison should offset the repair bill nicely...

Did similar last year with the Cayenne, £6.5k...... And the f###ing animal ran away, I reckon it won't have got far though.

Throw a second hand bumper in it, winter soon and you might ditch it in the snow (polar bears cause more damage when you hit them). Bumper can then be painted when the rest of the damage is fixed in spring.

Sadly I didn't get to keep the blighter as it was a busy unlit section of dual carriage way.

Any rough guestamations as to the costs; I know the bumper, grill, fog lamp and wheel arch liner need replacing as the very least.
