Mobile phone charger in the car or standard phone charger in the wall socket of the garage?

something does not ad up in the pics, see the car bonnet facing the same direction as the roof spars, how does the car fit in the garage , also the pic showing some bricks following the line of the roof angle, old bricks like that would not have been used in a house of that age and certainly not layed like they are, also garage seems longer on the inside than outside,

Alright Sherlock, as you've clearly thought about this, what do you suppose the OP's angle is by pretending his garage got burned down by a mobile phone charger?

phone on charge, ie probable lithium battery went up or just a plugged in not in use charger?

Wall charger.

Of course the garage is big enough, it will hold 6 cars. Bricks etc are all correct.........

Here you can see the size of the garage.......

This.

We leave ours plugged in all the time, just not in the phones....... Going to unplug them now!

Sounds about right. Li ion batteries can be a real fire hazard.
Lets hope the OP is fully insured, sadly looks like one massive claim. Hope all goes well for and you can get it sorted without too much grief..

He's right, the car appears to have the bumper towards the house, yet on the pic of the outside, there's no garage door where the back of the car would be. I expect we're not looking at it properly though, and the angles are misleading.

EDIT: Yep, the video makes it clearer. Hope you get it all sorted OP, really bad luck there. frown

What a mess - sorry to see that OP.

I presume you are fully insured for buildings and contents?

My home insurance is due this month, so this thread acted a a timely reminder that I need to get it sorted NOW!

I'm guessing that the whole ground floor of the house is the garage and the doors are on the other side.
