Carcoon / Airchamber - Garage Doors

Has anybody got any experience of using a Carcoon / Airchamber with up and over garage doors that won't clear the frame?

I have a small garage so am wondering if the back of the frame can easily be amended / adjusted whenever the door is open or closed?
