Engine swap suggestions (1.8 ZVH Turbo)

Hi,

I currently have an XR2i with a 1.8 ZVH Turbo engine (Zetec bottom end, CVH head) running about 230BHP. The Fiesta is on it's last legs & is going to be scrapped soon but I really don't want to 'waste' the engine as, although it's nothing outstanding, it's only done about 10,000 miles & has been pretty much faultless.

I don't think it's worth selling as I have no receipts etc as it was built by me & my Dad bit by bit.

I suddenly had the idea that I might be able to drop it into another car. I'm looking for a change from the XR2i's etc & looking for something more Caterham like if possible but I have no info on this so was hoping to pick up some suggestions. I'm in no rush so the plan would be to look out for a suitable car with a poorly engine & stick mine in it.

I would like to keep cost to a minimum & just have something fun for weekends. I would also like to try & keep it as straight forward as possible so I'm probably limiting options somewhat and it may be there are few/no suitable options but I thought it's worth asking on here.

I also have a decent gearbox with a quaife LSD but I expect it is highly unlikely this will be any use.
