Quick question re mytyres site and tyre type

[ED209]

On the mytyres site tyre sizes are displayed like this - 205/55 R16 94H RF (max 210 km/h)

Now does the RF mean runflat or reinforced as in extra load? I thought the site might explain somewhere but i cannot find it anywhere. I ask in realtion to this search

In other news the price of avon ice touring st's has gone up over £20 a tyre in last few days.

RF is RunFlat.
XL is eXtra Load (but the load rating'd tell you that anyway).

94 is the load in this case.
