Summer time - Daylight saving out of sync.
Discussion
On this mornings train ride that I take daily into London, I wake up at approx 5:20am. It seems much lighter in the mornings than it ever used to, many years ago. So...
Has anyone else noticed this phenomenon. Could it be that we are out of kilter with the earths rotation, or some other science that we are not aware of?

I shall no doubt be spinning my clocks back on the 27th, but feel like this is futile.

personally i wish we didnt bother with daylight saving, it just seems to plunge us into instant post work darkness over night.
Agreed. November is by far the most depressing time of the year.

You may think it's futile, but adjusting the clocks means that my son gets to walk to school and come home during daylight hours. As for light at 5:20am, I think that either you are confusing moonlight with sunlight or your watch had stopped.
Edit: Strange first post for quite some time?
