I know this has probably been done to death but hey!

Whats the lowest you have seen after a hoon? Please try to include how far you went aswell if possible. biggrin

I feel pretty proud of 10.2 Mpg on the trip computer over 4.3 Miles.

I got 11.4 in my CLS 500 just after having the exhaust resonator removed, I was booting it hard to enjoy the V8 ROAR :-) that was over about 4-5 miles.

On the flip side the most I have seen is 25.5mpg on a 300 mile trip to Cornwall last week.

14 mpg over 120 miles. It drained a 50 litre tank of petrol almost completely.

And fuel computers are probably the worst invention ever, as many drivers seem to watch them more than their speedometer.

Meh... Amateurs....

E61 M5 - 7 laps of the ring - 90miles with 66 litres of fuel... You do the maths... 6.2mpg... Interesting fact of the day - the OBC on the E60/61/63 does not read below 7mpg...

928 race car - full chat lap of the Ring 6mpg, with 4mpg instantaneous reading while climbing up Kesselschen

80 laps of Donington in the mx5 worked out correctly at 8.2mpg.

A 140 mile hoon around derbyshire in my old volvo c70 T5 returned 6.5mpg

A 40mile hoon in my smart car returned 43mpg!! and there is no way i could ever drive it any harder than I did!

Averaged about 4mpg in a 997 Turbo S at Jerez race circuit, can't remember what the trip computer said (it was in L/km) but it wouldn't read and worse so we did man maths.

I put 5 gallons in my Chevy Chevelle, pulled out onto a dual carriage way and the shifter mechanism fell apart. It was stuck in first. Had to drive back home in first gear. Booting it and coasting. Used the whole 5 gallons in 5 miles!

No mpg readout, but I managed to get 30 litres into the Alfa's tank after 85 miles on one occasion after a series of "hoons". Works out at just under 13 mpg!

A few years ago me and my dad were in a Vauxhall garage sat in a Monaro. The speedo read to 200mph and I got very excited indeed. I want a speedo that reads to 200mph.
