Hi,i have bought a set of wheels,i was told they would fit my car s type jag 2006 pcd pattern 108mm,the wheels in question are rear 255/35/zr18 /front /225/40/zr 18 with pcd pattern 105 mm, they do not fit,i have scanned the internet but this size pcd 105mm is not listed,can anyone tell me what car they came from.Thanks ,jimmy.

The only ones I can think of off the top of my head are some Chevy Cruzes (with 245/40R18 tyres), the Vauxhall Mokka (215/55R18) and some Astras (from 2009 on, with 225/45R18), but neither of your tyre sizes are correct and none of these cars would/should have different tyre sizes front to rear.

That's a tyre size, not a wheel size.

But, just to clarify, you've bought some 5x105 wheels and they don't fit on your 5x108 car?

(I'd ignore the difference between 56.5 and 56.6mm centrebore, tbh.)

So they're probably Astra J wheels.

Maybe best to show a picture of the wheels

Then we maybe able to say what they came off of


Previouse owner may have changed from all 225/40s to 255/35s rear to get wider tyres with the same overall diamiter

On one of my cars I'm now running 255/40s front and 295/35s rear, the diamiters are more or less the same
