Honestly I don't think it's worth £33k even now. It is a Mayfair dealer - that must means it's at least £10k over priced right now.

Some models of prestige makes will always be undesirable, no matter how rare.
Some ugly Bristols etc. are just about unsellable at any price.
That barge is one of them. I wouldn't give £5k for it now.
