Audi A1 Quattro
Discussion
Having encountered an Audi that was almost driving on the back wheel of my motorbike (this was beyond tail-gating) in traffic in a 30mph limit the other night, I noticed when it passed in another lane at some traffic lights that it was a LHD A1 with unusual wheels and a Quattro badge.
I'd never seen one of these before.
ps. I gave it a wide berth as from what I could see it of it was being driven fairly hard and, having passed me after the junction, less than considerately to others through suburbia. Presumably not too precious about it or concerned about colliding with the other cars that were in its way either.
-Not exactly discrete.... Interesting car though.

They're a limited edition car, about £40k and LHD only. I've seen one once on the road and another at a dealership months ago. Can't say they do anything for me, if anything they look a bit silly with the historical graphics, but they're bloody quick. I still think you'd have to be mad to spend that kind of money on a souped-up supermini though!

Hmmm. I wonder how different it is from an S3? (quite a potent car in my experience) Especially given a few tweaks?Engine: 2.0-litre 4cyl turbo

I think that is a very cool car indeed, loving the wheels, Ronals?Yes expensive but at least they are attempting to add some zest.
MNO I'd have one in the imaginary collection as part of the "pocket rocket" display along with a V6 clio etc...
