[Friend's Name] Cars/Auto Sales etc.
It's a dealership, the name doesn't really matter imo.

I actually take some comfort from a name above the door - no ambiguity over who's running it (assuming they are present and identifiable). Better than buying from KuleKarz, finding yourself needing to complain only to be told by everyone you speak to that they're the owners cousin just answering the phone.

Call the dealership "Sold as seen"

Added bonus that all the paperwork will state "Sold as seen" and so you can sell knackered cars without the punters coming back for free fixes/refunds.

A young, fresh and catchy name when comes to car sales can have a detrimental effect, IMHO; if I'm dreaming and flicking through Autotrader and happen across something nice but the name of the place has a trendy or flash name I'm usually put off, far better I think to just have the name of the owner or his/her initials and "car sales" or similar, it's just sounds more mature and upmarket.

David Schwartz, founder of Rent A Wreck, started off running a car dealership he called Bundy's Very Used Cars. Something humourously unpretentious can work for you.

Speaking of which...

Surely the name should be infuenced to some extent by the type of stock/ expected buyers? Eg, Dull Diesel World if the stock is mostly a to b cars wink

Even if his names Keith i'd steer clear of that one.

They must have the worst rep of any car dealer ever. I've never been there or dealt with them but know from too much time in here they are dodgy as fk.
