I'm looking for some advice, I'm looking to buy a car that I can use for track days and a trip to the ring next year.
It will also be my daily driver and I need it to fit 3 people.

I have a budget on about £7000 and was looking at spending £5000 on the car £2000 on tyres, brakes, suspension etc

I'm a complete novice when it comes to track days and would appreciate any advice I can get.

Thanks

Decent E36 M3s should be available for that kind of cash.

Integra DC2. Great fun, will easily pick one up for your budget and tyres and brakes etc are cheap as chips due to 15" wheels.

Your £2k will pay for tracking for many a year to come. Then when you've had your fun you will get most of your money back on your car.

Well I've been having a search around and I think I've found something I'm interested in

A Suzuki swift sports and use the rest of the money on a hks turbo conversion

Anyone had experience with swift sports ?

Adding more power to a road car for a track, sounds like a disaster recipe.

130i with Ferodo DS2500 pads and non-RFTs to start with...

Not exactly a track focused car but cars rarely excel at both environments...
