advice on buying bmw 320/325ci convertible

help needed please

i have narrowed my search down to 2

2004 325ci 79,000
2006 325ci 82,000
is there any difference apart from the age eg home lighting qauto fold mirrors 6 speed etc anything that would make me choose the 2006 over the 2004 due to mileage although the 2006 is £1000 dearer both have m sport package with tv sat nav dvd etc one has warranty iv chosen to go for garage dealers over private only because i had a work colleque bought a car for 5,000 that blew up and struggled to get money back had to call police so warranty is needed for them sort of reasons this is my second bmw but first since an old classic years ago

any help need

also is comfort roof open with windows on convertibles only opening with no close unless the fbc x46 device
