fake ebay dealer?

[sting3r70]

Saw an s3 on ebay earlier thought it was 3k underpriced. Googled the dealer, no record of them, looked on google maps street view certainly doesnt look like a street with a car dealership on it. Lo and behold later i find the same car at 3k more on a private sale. Why is there a "garage" listing somoene elses car for sale at a totally different price? Looks very suspicious to me. Trying to figure out what the scam could be.

A bit of a refinement of the latest scam.

You have a crummy password for your Ebay account, and it gets hacked, so bad guy has an Ebay account with plenty of feedback on it.

He "sells" you a car that, for any practical purpose that concerns either him or the sucker, does not or needs not exist.
